My full formal name is Tobias Stephan Reckstadt. I am a coach and digital creator. I am 46 years old. I grew up in Germany and live in London in the UK. I am a British citizen. I moved with my wife and our first born 2 children to the UK around 10 years ago. I have been married for around 23 years. My wife and I have 4 children together. They are 24, 17, 7 and 5 years old.
I have ADHD. I have been formally diagnosed with ADHD in mid-life.
